The property itself was very nice, the lobby was clean and welcoming and the parking lot had lots of space for my car and uhaul! Checking in digitally was fantastic and I LOVED the digital keys as it was much more convenient.

beds are very comfortable- overall facilities is very clean. The bad rating was for the fact I made a reservation for Tuesday May 9th. knowing we wouldnt be there until Wednesday around 8:00 & would need some sleep. Upon arrival the front desk said my reservation was canceled that was after numerous calls confirming I would have a room when I got there we could go to sleep. I am requesting a full refund Thank you in advance for your help Christine Doiron
